  - Alert e-mail, for open ticket that has not been updated for one month or 
    more, is send to engineers every week.
  - The item - "Customer" - is able to sort by Alphabet.  

 The main changed parts of "Trouble Report for NEC-US/NEC-BS/PBC"
  - Screen layout was changed on a whole.
  - "Status State Activity" was set newly.
  - "Accept" button was set newly, it is needed to submit before Status is 
    changed.
  - Correspondence organization and its engineer can be chosen from all 
    organizations now.
